These Terms & Conditions govern your use of fullcanopygenetics.com and any purchase you make from SSFC, LLC, doing business as Full Canopy Genetics . By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Full Canopy Genetics. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We currently ship within the United States only.

2. Research & Development Use Only

All mushroom genetics, culture media, agar formulas and mycology lab supplies sold by Full Canopy Genetics are supplied for research and development (R&D) purposes only. Our genetics and media are laboratory materials. They are not food, dietary supplements, drugs or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or animal consumption. We make no claims about the effects of any organism. We do not provide guidance on the cultivation of any controlled species.

3. Your Responsibility to Comply with the Law

Laws governing certain fungi species differ by country, state and municipality. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to you. You agree not to purchase, possess or use any product in violation of any applicable law. By placing an order, you confirm that your intended use is lawful where you are located.

4. Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, and issue a full refund, at our sole discretion, including where:
we reasonably believe the products are intended for unlawful use;
the order violates these Terms; or the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

5. FDA Disclaimer

Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

6. Product Information and Images

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Product images are provided to identify the item supplied, and the product you receive may vary slightly in appearance. Results of any R&D work depend on technique, environment and other factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee any particular result or outcome.

7. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Pricing: all prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors at any time, including after an order is placed.
Acceptance: your order is accepted when it ships.
Payment: payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers.
Statements: your card or PayPal statement will show FCG (PayPal payments may show “PAYPAL ” before it).
Unrecognised charges: if you do not recognise a charge, please contact help@fullcanopygenetics.com before filing a dispute with your bank or PayPal. We respond within one business day.

8. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:
Renewal: it renews automatically at the interval and price shown at sign-up until you cancel.
Cancelling: you may cancel at any time from your My Account page or by emailing help@fullcanopygenetics.com before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund orders already processed.
Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, your subscription may be placed on hold until payment is updated.

9. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is correct; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

10. Returns and Replacements

Because our products are live biological materials, returns are not accepted except as described here. If an item arrives damaged, defective or opened, contact us at help@fullcanopygenetics.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. Once your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval. Claims made more than 5 days after delivery cannot be accepted. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the terms stated with them, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Any giveaway we run will have its own official rules, and no purchase will be necessary to enter or win.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Canopy Genetics’ total liability for any claim relating to the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Full Canopy Genetics, its owners, employees and partners from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site belongs to Full Canopy Genetics or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes text, images, logos, product names and strain names. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
